The Trunk and Core of the Body:

We will explore a detailed review of the anatomy of the trunk/core of the human body. We will examine the spinal column and spinal musculature as well as the trunk relationship to musculature connecting the upper and lower girdles. We’ll also look at the layers or sleeves of the trunk and consider how tensional lines and sheets determine our movements.

This class will be located at CLCHA which is located within the Carroll and Lewellen Funeral & Cremation Services at 503 Terry Street, Longmont, CO 80501

Registration: 9:45 am

Class Time: 10:00 am - 12:30 pm

Each participant will be responsible to sign a waiver and liability for the class. Participants will also sign a COVID-19 release along with temperature check before class start.

Each participant will wear a mask and maintain social distancing as appropriate with the class.

CLCHA will provide participants with lab jackets, masks, gloves and eyewear if necessary.

Please be sure to maintain good health by eating and staying well hydrated before and after classes.
