We our continuing our exploration with pasta! If you have had a chance to take our Fresh Pasta Basics, you have learned to make a basic egg dough, roll it and cut it. Now, we want to take it a step further and stuff it!
Roasted butternut squash, brown butter and toasted sage are all pinnacle aromas of autumn and make for the perfect cozy evening dish! It’s a hug from the inside and out!
Learn to make ravioli filled with roasted butternut squash, arugula and a medley of cheeses topped with a warm pesto using winter greens (kale & chard) and sage brown butter.
