Longmont Arts Week(LAW) celebrates our creative community in a week-long showcase of talent, culture, education and collaboration. The week is a collective effort to increase awareness and promote creatives and creative organizations throughout the entire Longmont Community.  The week is bookended by two community favorite events, held in the Longmont Creative District: Sat. Sept. 9 – Artwalk presented by Firehouse Art Center and Sat. Sept. 16 – Rhythm at Roosevelt presented by City of Longmont.

Sat, Sept 9  4-8pm | Downtown Longmont Creative District

The Firehouse Art Center's signature Street Festival will include over 100 booths, sharing local artists, local businesses, local nonprofits and local food trucks with our community. With 6 stages, the event will include live music, SVVSD student performances, dance, theater, community demonstrations and more. Over 5 blocks of fun, food, art, activities, music, and performances- all the reasons Longmont is a creative, diverse and awesome place to live!

There are so many ways to be creative during Longmont Arts Week from learning how to play the ukulele, or a paint and sip to open mic night and writing poetry.
