Single-use plastics continue to be commonplace in our lives, despite the cost to our planet. Take the Plastic Free July Challenge and learn the impact in refusing single-use plastics. Explore the issues and discover solutions through a panel featuring regional waste-reduction experts while kids enjoy related programming just for them. Plus, take part in a unique all-ages, all-abilities community activity to honor the vision of a thriving future for all.

Attendees will receive a FREE “Choose to Refuse” kit to boost your plastic-free lifestyle.

Spanish interpretation is available by contacting Sustainability@longmontcolorado.gov or by calling 303-774-4437 by July 1.

Registration is required and is limited to 160 attendees. Registration will open on Saturday, April 20. You can also register via phone by calling the Reference Desk at 303-651-8472.
