Q & A with John Espinosa, Owner

Q: Why you decided to open in Downtown Longmont.

A: Downtown Longmont is the perfect home for Full Circle Yoga. The people and overall vibe make it a fun and attractive place to be. People are friendly, the landscaping is beautiful, and the nearby shops and restaurants make it a place that people fall in love with. In 2001, I went to work for Todd at Guitars, Etc. as a guitar teacher. After a month of working there, I knew that I wanted to make Longmont my home. Having spent the past two decades downtown, I have seen a lot of growth and positive changes. I couldn’t imagine Full Circle Yoga being in any other place. I love the friends that I have made here. Downtown is filled with great people. It is so nice to be able to go to La Vita Bella after a yoga class and have meaningful conversations with co workers, students, or friends. No matter where you go downtown, you always run into familiar faces and there is always a strong community bond.

Q: How can your customers make Full Circle Yoga their own favorite place, and how can they take ownership of supporting you during this time?

A: Full Circle Yoga is offering live streaming online classes. We also have a video library with on demand videos. If you are new to yoga and would like to learn how to start your home practice, we also offer an interactive Beginner Series live on Zoom. Besides asana (poses) based classes, we also have classes on astrology, yoga philosophy and journaling. We have been extremely blessed to have the support of our community while our doors have been closed. Memberships are also available on our website.

During the Safer at Home guidance, we'll be featuring a different Downtown Longmont business each day. These small businesses are the heartbeat of our community and are a big reason why this is such a great place to live, work, and play. This is a difficult time for everyone, and small businesses and their owners and employees are no exception.

There are many ways you can support our local small businesses during this time, from liking, following, and sharing their content on social media, to making online or over-the-phone purchases of products or gift cards. You can also donate to the Strongmont Fund, created to support local Longmont businesses negatively affected by COVID-19.
