Interested in Joining the LDDA Board?

  • Members of the LDDA Board MUST either reside in, be a business lessee, own real property or manage a property within the downtown district (CO Code ยง 31-25-805). Please be sure that you are an eligible applicant before applying. See boundaries 
  • There are TWO Board seats open starting July 2025. 
  • Each Board Member serves a 4-year term.
  • Board Members will commit to attending MONTHLY Board meetings (~2 hours in duration). They will come to the meetings prepared, having read/reviewed materials.
