Each month Holistic Health Practitioner, Liz Giles, of Health In Essence LLC, will present a new natural health topic at Simply Bulk Market. These sessions will combine educational lectures and demos and cover a wide range of topics.

February's topic is "Kitchen Witchery: Using common kitchen ingredients for healing remedies".

These are after hour classes, so please get there before we lock the doors at 6 and start class.
