Energy flows through our bodies through pathways called Meridians. This energy circles within us, and all around us. Think of these pathways within our bodies as energy rivers, and just like rivers need movement to be healthy, so does the energy within us. Sharon will guide you to clear stagnant energy within our bodies through focused breathwork, and gentle yoga poses to realign and balance our breath, body, and mind.
