Contemplative Reading applies ancient practices to contemporary poetry. These practices open up a whole new world of reading experiences and provide new and deeper perspectives on life. We’ll teach you how to apply sacred reading practices to secular texts. Contemplative Reading helps you to get the most out of literature and life!

This month, we will be working with the poems “Lifeline”, and ‘Very Simple and Like a Song” both by Vijay Seshadri.
