Designed for ages 10-15, teen classes encourage young artists to experiment and develop their own personal style.
This weekly 90 minute class is for students who ant to learn drawing skills as a foundation for other arts. We will have a different project each week.
Week 1- Still life and drawing from observation
Week 2- White and Color on black paper
Week 3- Grid drawings
Week 4- Anime style drawings
Projects will include working with still life, breaking down a photograph, portrait work, developing illustration skills and more. All supplies are included and will vary within projects.
You can choose to attend all the sessions ($40) or pay per class ($12 each)
Supplies may include pastel, marker, colored pencil, ink and charcoal pencils
Please bring any samples you may have of past student work on the first day so class so that the instructor may gauge the student's learning level, and discuss possible projects and goals with the student.
