If you’ve been using your favorite chef knife for some time but want to elevate and expedite your home food prep with some simple shortcuts commonly used in professional kitchens then this is the class for you!
You will also learn proper knife safety and storage, how and when to sharpen your knives but most importantly how to practice and perform finer cuts like the julienne, brunoise and chiffonade.
