Restorative Yoga is a beautifully introspective practice of self-care. Using a multitude of props to support the body as it releases into deeply relaxing shapes. Down regulating the nervous system to reduce stress and nourish the mind, body, and spirit.
In this training you will learn:

How Restorative Yoga affects the nervous system.
How to provide a safe, inviting class environment.

Comprehensive pose breakdowns with modifications

Sequencing
The schedule is Friday night from 6-8pm, Saturday and Sunday from 10am-5:30pm.

Training qualifies for 15 hours of Continuing Education Credits with Yoga Alliance.

Training Manual and Certificate of Completion provided.
