The World Tour Passport Program heads far east for a Chinese & Japanese Spirit Tasting!!!
Every month we will showcase a spirit flight from one country or region and (virtually) tour the distilleries and countryside. $20
Let's travel to the birthplace of distilling and taste spirits that date back hundreds if not thousands of years: Soju & Baijiu.
We'll start with the world's most valuable spirits brand MOUTAI, and taste their ceremonial sorghum spirit, baijiu. We had this bottle flown in from China for $400!
We'll follow that up with another classic rice distillate: soju.
We might refresh our palate with sake before trying a couple of Japanese and Taiwanese whiskeys.
Each month we'll feature a Signature Cocktail available for purchase.
