Downtown Business Owner Resources
You’re not in this alone—we’re in this together.
Downtown business owners are the heartbeat of our district. Whether you’re just getting started or you’ve been here for years, we’re here to support you with tools, programs, and connections that make doing business downtown more vibrant, fun, and successful.
Make the Most of Downtown Spaces
Thinking of hosting an event in a breezeway, plaza, or parking lot? We love that energy!
Before you dive in, check out our Rules for Public Spaces, a quick guide for businesses and event organizers to follow.

Keeping Downtown Beautiful, Safe, & Welcoming
We team up with the City of Longmont to make sure Downtown stays sparkling and secure for everyone who lives, works, and plays here.
Visit our Clean & Safe page for info on maintenance, contacts, and resources for supporting those in need.
Stay Connected
We believe in staying connected! Here's how you can plug in:
- LDDA Board Meetings: Generally 4th Wednesday monthly at 4 p.m. (320 Main St.)
- Business Owner Meetings: 2nd Wednesday in March & September, 8:30–10 a.m. (locations vary)
- Block by Block Meetings: February/March each year for each block (600 to 100), 8:30 a.m.
- Quarterly Retail & Restaurant Meetings: Seasonal, times/locations vary
- Become a Block Captain: Block Captains are the ultimate connectors. They’re business owners, property owners, or team members who help spread the word, share ideas, and bring the block together. Block Captains meet the 2nd Wednesday of most months. Interested? Email Del Rae Heiser to learn more.
