Details
Drag Racing in downtown Longmont inside the Old Town Marketplace mall! Individually carved & decorated wooden model cars race from the mall's mezzanine level 15 feet high, down the main stairway on a 4-lane, 60 foot long track into the mall's atrium to an electronically timed finish line. Each race heat, the first starting at high noon, features 16 cars competing against each other for best times and trophy recognition. 4 separate race heats of 16 cars each starting on the hour will have a total 64 different racers and their cars! Come, Have Fun... on Purpose!
