Who is Rio Rosa?
A soulful, female-fronted band delivering authentic and moving originals with explosive live shows rooted in deep groove and world-class musicianship.
Rio Rosa, led by vocalist Alyssa Medina, the group channels influences from Tedeschi Trucks band, southern gospel and modern jam-soul with improvisation a la The Grateful Dead.
Their debut, self-titled album released in May of 2026 showcases their emotional depth, dynamic arrangements and live-show electricity through its vivid storytelling and dance-floor ready grooves.
