Join Dry Land Distillers and Blackbird House on this Summer Solstice for an eve honoring bitters, cocktails, and the sun having risen to the highest point in the sky!

Come learn about the history of bitters, the origins and benefits of the botanicals that go into them, their healing properties and connection to apothecaries, and the magic and complexities they add to cocktails!

This is a ticketed event and includes guest presenters, a bitters kit, and one choice cocktail crafted specially for this event. Spaces are limited, purchase tickets to secure a spot!
