Led by Corrine Estrada, a Pilates instructor in midlife herself, this session blends movement and mindset for women who want to feel strong, centered, and unstoppable.

In this 90-minute session, you’ll:

· Reconnect with your core (literally and figuratively).

· Learn how Pilates supports strength, posture, and longevity- aka looking badass while feeling good.

· Experience a guided practice designed for women in midlife, with modifications and challenges that meet you exactly where you are.

· Leave with tools to carry strength off the mat and into your everyday life.
