St. Vrain Cidery is excited to bring you Cruagh Food Truck. Born and raised in Dublin, Ireland, Darragh moved to Longmont, CO, in 2022 with his wife, Margaret. With familiarity with many different cuisines and having gained experience in kitchens around the world, Darragh was inspired to start Cruagh to introduce
more authentic Irish food in Colorado, and share a little piece of his home with the new community that
welcomed him so warmly to theirs.
