The Distilling Dames are back with a revamped program and partnership with Slow Food Boulder County!

Join this group of Femme adults on the second Thursday of each month for an eve of cocktails, bites, education, camaraderie, and discussion that aims to empower and enrich your experience of cocktail culture and the secrets and ways of the distillation process.

We will host guest speakers that cover a wide array of topics from the history, techniques, and preparation of the spirits and choosing ingredients, to the art, science, and nitty gritty that take place in the behind the scenes processes of what eventually ends up in your glass!

Slow Food adds layers of overlapping food culture principles, all in the name of Good, Clean, and Fair!

These drop-in meetings are typically $20 and include a cocktail, nibbles, and guest presenters. Meetings are the second Thursday of each month, at Dry Land Distillers, from 6:30-8:30pm. There is the option to purchase an annual memembership at a deep discount which also includes some extra special gifts and sips!

This month's gathering is all about regenerative agriculture, which we are steeped in passion about! We will start with a tour of the Grain Hub, Dry Land Distillers' new expansion space. It will be the first integrated regenerative grain hub in the country, helping growers, millers, distillers, and brewers access regenerative grains. We'll then walk 6 blocks to Dry land where you'll hear from farmers, makers, and organizations shaping more sustainable systems. Tastings from sustainable food and spirit activists Taylor & Maddy, best friends and founders of Anytime Spritz as well as Dry Land spirits and food from local vendors will be offered. This is a chance to learn, connect, and raise a glass to what's possible when people care about the land and how things are grown and made.
