We are offering complimentary tastes of our Dry Land Reserve Cactus Anejo spirit all evening in anticipation of its release on the 29th, just in time for the holiday season!

Barrel-aged for two years, this exquisite spirit, crafted from the prickly pear cactus, is entirely unique to the desert of the American west and reflects its wild and resilient beauty and remarkably layered depths.

It is perfectly and smoothly balanced with deep rich caramels, gentle smoke, subtle floral overtones, fruit, leather, and earth. As well, it honors the land, sustainable practices, and environmental responsibility, which we take great pride and care in making part of our diligence and practice.

We are smitten, to say the least, and think it to be one of our most gorgeous spirits yet - both as a smooth sipping spirit, and also as a versatile addition to many familiar and experimental cocktails.
