Embody Wellness Expo returns to Longmont for its second year! A full-day, community-centered gathering devoted to holistic health, embodied education, and accessible wellness.
Hosted by Saturn’s Daughter Apothecary, Embody Wellness Expo is an earth-centered, educational, and inclusive space designed to connect the Longmont community with trusted practitioners, makers, and educators across the wellness spectrum. From herbalism and nutrition to movement and creative expression, this event invites you to explore what it truly means to tend to your health from the inside out.
Throughout the day, guests can wander a curated vendor market, free community market, attend lectures and workshops, enjoy a taste of wellness services, and participate in embodied movement experiences. Join us to be rooted in sustainability, accessibility, and holistic health.
Whether you’re just beginning your wellness journey or are a long-time practitioner, Embody offers a welcoming space to learn, connect, and feel supported.

Entry to the vendor market and free community market - including the plant propagation swap, community closet, food pantry, art supply swap, and book exchange - is free and open to all. No punchcard required to attend those activations. Support local businesses by shopping directly during the wellness clinic and retail vendor market!
Early bird pricing: $30 (available through October 1)
General admission: $45 (October 2 through day of event)
Single drop-in class: $15 (day of event only, no pre-sale)
The punchcard is the best value if you plan to attend two or more sessions - and the only way to enter the raffle.
