Neurodivergent writers face unique, specific challenges that neurotypical writers don't -- and these challenges are often overlooked or ignored in traditional creative writing education and writers' workshops. Experienced writers with ADHD often don't need advice on craft, they need help figuring out how to keep themselves engaged in their work and finish projects without resorting to hyper-focus, resulting in burnout. In this workshop, you'll learn ways to better understand your needs as a neurodivergent writer, and how to meet those needs in order to develop a sustainable writing practice.
