You Are Not Alone - Book Launch
Come say hello to New York Times Bestselling Author, Newbery Honoree, and Barbed Wire Books employee Ingrid Law and help her celebrate the launch of her first picture book, YOU ARE NOT ALONE (illustrated by Xin Li - I Lived Inside a Whale; Stephen Hawking: You and the Universe). Enjoy refreshments! Put your name in the basket for a chance to win a set of Ingrid's award winning Savvy novels (ages 9 and up), or other picture books illustrated by Xin Li. There will be no formal talk or reading, just a fun time celebrating books and meeting the author. Explore some of the other great shops and restaurants in downtown Longmont, while you're in the area.
While we plan to have plenty of books on hand, to ensure a copy of Ingrid's new book is waiting for you at the store, please pre-order your copy of YOU ARE NOT ALONE (ages 3-5yrs, or for anyone who needs a gentle, lyrical reminder that they aren't alone) by 8/29.
