Join us for a nurturing 3-hour workshop where we will explore the expression and expansion of our voices and creativity through toning, singing, chant, guided visualization, creative journaling, and songwriting practice—all within this immersive experience! Together, we will connect with nature, embody our senses, and strengthen our pathways to authentic expression.

This gathering offers a unique opportunity to meet fellow participants, feel the support of the community, and share stories about our relationships with voice, songwriting, and creativity.

We will play through chant and sound to harmonize, clear, ground, and open our voices and creative channels. Through guided imagery and writing, participants will dialogue with their voices, discover and make conscious the subtle messages our voices have to teach us, and reflect on our relationships with both our physical and spiritual voices.

As we flow into the creative writing and songwriting aspects, we will inquire into unique markers of inspiration. Participants will identify their best personal creative processes and utilize these insights to craft a clearer understanding of their relationships with their own creative journeys. We will learn simple, actionable frameworks of inquiry that empower each individual to dive into their voices, visions, and expressions with newfound revelry and reverie!

Experience and take home sensory-based exercises designed to awaken and enhance the connection to sound, emotion, and sensory writing. Whether seasoned singers, budding or advanced songwriters, or simply creatively curious individuals, this workshop will nurture self-inquiry and reflection, helping us better understand and express our authentic selves.
