Class is a blend of asanas (poses), pranayama (breath-work), and meditation. By setting intentions, holding postures, and inviting balance through flow sequences, you will take some of this yoga off the mat with you.

Julie is passionate about community and supporting people beyond their physical well-being. Yoga is art, and Julie embodies this sentiment. She brings her own experiences to her teaching and believes self-awareness through yoga can change a community.
