We welcome your teen(s) to join us for a five-day yoga immersion. Students will learn foundational poses from the ground up, with an emphasis on alignment, safety, and benefits such as increased strength, balance, and focus.

We’ll also explore meditation, breathwork, yogic philosophy, and other supportive practices to help teens manage stress and move into the 2026–2027 school year feeling more grounded, confident, and at ease.
