Winter Solstice Celebrations & Nature Creations
When the Northern Hemisphere is tilted the furthest away from the sun, we come together to celebrate resilience and hope in the face of darkness. It reminds us that the sun rises again even after the longest night, bringing new beginnings and brighter days. Celebrate nature’s resilience with our own by creating nature-based crafts with the community! Take some time to slow down. Set your intentions for new beginnings!
Join the Creative District at The Blackbird House (439 Main St.) and Firehouse Art Center (667 4th Ave.) for solstice crafting 11:00AM-2:00PM and welcome the sun back into your life with art created with live materials!
