Dry Land spirits are influenced and inspired by Colorado’s lands and the American West’s iconic places. Their award-winning spirits include a single grain 100% heirloom wheat whiskey, an original Cactus spirit and the first 100% native Colorado gin. Their cocktail lounge is housed in the site of the old Valley Farm Dairy building in the heart of Downtown Longmont. Enter from the pedestrian breezeway and enjoy handmade cocktails, delicious spirits, and food from local partner restaurants.
