CiderYoga with Kevin Flynn at St. Vrain Cidery

Cider Yoga, led by Kevin Flynn, is a wonderful way to start any Sunday. Kevin begins the class with intentional breath work, moves into a steady flow, and ends with allowing the students to relax into some deep stretches. Enjoy a cider right after class!
