Downtown #Strongmont Business of the Day - Crackpots Pottery Studio

During the Stay at Home order, we'll be featuring a different Downtown Longmont businesses each day. These small  businesses are the heartbeat of our community, and are a big reason why this is such a great place to live, work, and play. This is a difficult time for everyone, and small businesses and their owners and employees are no exception.

There are many ways you can support them during this time, from liking, following, and sharing their content on social media, to making online or over-the-phone purchases of products or gift cards. We've created a LOCAL Incentive Program that rewards customers with Downtown Longmont Gift Cards for supporting small businesses directly.

A member of the Downtown Longmont community for 19 years, Crackpots Pottery Studio is a place where Longmont-area residents have created too many memories to count! Crackpots offers pottery painting, glass fusing, mosaics and more, and is the perfect place to take a class or host your next party or event once they're able to reopen. Right now, you can purchase gift cards, Strongmont bracelets, and more through their website www.ecrackpots.com

Q & A with Tamar Hendricks, Owner of Crackpots Pottery Studio & More

Q: Why did you decide on making Downtown Longmont your own home base?

A: We took a chance on downtown Longmont about 19 years ago when there wasn’t much going on down here. Our hunch that this town had what it takes to be one of the coolest places around has proven itself time and again. We love Longmont!

Q: How can your customers make Crackpots their own favorite place, and how can they take ownership of supporting you during this time?

A: We want to keep our community safe by staying closed during the Stay at Home order, and we hope people will support us by purchasing gift cards or a Stongmont bracelet from www.ecrackpots.com. You can purchase them for yourself or for your friends so you can plan a day to get creative & make memories at our studio when we re-open. You can also show us some love by sharing your own Crackpots stories @crackpotspottery with #MyCrackpotsCreation.

Don't forget to share your favorite Crackpots project or memory on social media, and tag them on Facebook or Instagram. Be sure to check them out, and support local small businesses in Downtown #strongmont!
