LMNOPuppets

LMNOPuppets, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to creating a vast library of free educational videos for Colorado children, is celebrating its grand opening on Friday, September 14, 2018 from 6-8pm at their new business site located at 324 Main St in Longmont, CO.

LMNOPuppets utilizes the art of puppetry to create immersive and engaging educational experiences benefiting children and their families throughout Colorado. LMNOPuppets produces free educational video content, using puppets and aligned with Colorado educational standards, for students in pre-K through 2nd grade, their parents, and teachers. "Imagine if Sesame Street was shot here in Colorado, utilizing Colorado kids and all the beautiful locations this state has. That's what we're creating at LMNOPuppets." says Executive Director Matt Bethune.

Beyond the business location being a production studio, LMNOPuppets will also be using the space for a unique seasonal themed escape room, which will use their puppet creations as part of the experience. Executive Director, Matt Bethune, will also be offering film and production classes at the location also.

“We at LMNOPuppets are thrilled to open our new space in Longmont. Through this space we look forward to creating amazing content that enriches the lives of kids all across Colorado as well as serve the community of Longmont with our film classes and escape room. Our grand opening on September 14th will be a celebration of all the things we have planned for the next year and beyond, and will have lots of family fun. Plus, there will be discounts on our escape room and film classes for that night only.” Said Matt Bethune.

Director of Business Development Todd Bethune added, “This is a fun and exciting time for LMNOPuppets, as members of the Longmont and Boulder Chambers of Commerce we look forward to establishing our business relationships in the community and become the standard of high quality, fun, and education driven resources that will benefit many young school aged children, their parents, and teachers!”

The grand opening festivities will include a ribbon cutting ceremony, brief presentation of the business, fundraising and sponsorship opportunities, desserts, a chance to build your own puppet, and information regarding LMNOPuppets’ production studio, escape room, and film classes.
