In 2018, City of Longmont voters approved funding for the rehabilitation and improvements to City buildings including the Safety & Justice Center. Repairs to the structure are being made to slow further deterioration while extending the life expectancy of the building by fifty years. Proposed enhancements will remove failing precast concrete. The building footprint will also be expanded to allow for current and future space needs while providing additional safety measures. A 2nd level parking deck will be added to the public parking lot adjacent to the Center. It will be accessible from 3rd Ave. and will double the amount of public parking spaces.| Project Status | Under Construction |
