Monzu Food has the mission to provide customers with handcrafted panini, pasta and salads through an attractive mobile vending unit, while maintaining a humble and integral disposition towards hospitality and restaurant operations, as well as offering support and participation in humanitarian and community based events. Owned and operated by Isaac Olson and Shane Stinn since August of 2018, Monzu LLC has been gaining traction around Longmont and Boulder communities offering private catering and events as well as serving brewery and distillery locations in Boulder County.
