A family owned and operated food trailer with a combined 15 years of experience in fine dining restaurants. We are a community supported meaning we only work with local businesses, farms, and artisans. We source as much locally as possible during season and never work with large scale distribution, to keep money in our local economy. We run a diner style menu that reflects our cooking career and Cuban and Korean heritage that will always be evolving.
