Celebrate the Independence Day with a free, family-friendly festival that honors both community traditions and a historic milestone. As part of Colorado’s 150th anniversary and the nation’s 250th celebration, this year’s event has fun for all ages. Enjoy live entertainment on two stages, games and activities, plus local food vendors and community booths throughout the park. Bring your crew, settle in, and be part of a celebration that’s both timeless and once in a generation.

Drone Show – 9:15pm
Bringing together technology, creativity, and local talent for a unique Fourth of July experience, our finale starts with a drone show presented by NextLight in partnership with St. Vrain Valley School District Innovation Center’s Drone Academy.
Fireworks Show – 9:30pm
In celebration of 250 years of independence for the United States and 150 years of statehood for Colorado, we’ll end the night with a bang! Enjoy our memorable fireworks finale from many vantage points across the city.
Safety Information & Road Closures
To maintain a safe perimeter, Public Safety will close S. Martin St between E. 2nd Ave and E Ken Pratt Blvd (Hwy 119) and Boston Ave between S. Main St. and S Martin St. to both vehicles and pedestrians.
Park Rangers will close the St. Vrain Greenway and trails in Dickens Farm Nature area.
Please plan your travel accordingly, and stay clear of the area.
