Join us for the next instalment of Mediterranean Cooking – this time we’ll focus on tasty vegetable, grain, and salad bowls. And for the carnivore, we’ll show you how to add some meat to your meal as well.

In this class you’ll learn about great Mediterranean ingredients that you may not have thought of, and where to get them. You’ll create your own mini-bowl and pair it with some tasty homemade flatbread (recipes included in your handout).
