While at the Windsor Hotel and Spa in the 1930s, Sir John Falstaff, a down-on-his-luck rogue, decides to increase his bank account by wooing two very wealthy, but married women! After all, who can resist such a splendid, rotund rogue? However, these Windsor wives are onto Falstaff’s schemes and devise plans of their own to humiliate and discourage his advances towards them, while teaching him a lesson!
Meanwhile, love triangles and jealous husbands and buck-baskets, golfing duels, hiding in closets, disguises, deceptions, fairies, and goblins – Oh my! ALL converge at the end of this crazy screwball comedy and are happily – and comically – resolved. An enjoyable farce for the whole family!
