BOOTH HOST INFORMATION

This year the Longmont Museum, Firehouse Art Center, Longmont Downtown Development Authority, The Longmont Library, and a handful of other partners are joining together to host the celebration. The event will be held on Saturday, October 11th, 2025 from 11am-3pm at 4th Avenue and Kimbark St. We are committed to a zero waste event this year. The event includes musical and dance entertainment, food vendors, activities, and booths that are free for the public to enjoy.

 We are expecting 3,000-4,000 attendees and will have space for more booths than previous years!  We Celebrate Rain or Shine, make sure you are prepared.

Booth host fees:  

$100 for non-profit organizations sharing their mission 

$150 for businesses hosting a booth not selling a product

$150 for product vendors selling culturally appropriate, pre-approved merchandise

$200 for food trucks
