Plans of Development

What: A Master Plan is an official public document expressing a community vision. The LDDA’s Master Plan of Development captures downtown’s economic condition and identifies opportunities and constraints. The Plan was updated in 2017 and it sets future work plans to implement the goals, policies, strategies and action steps.

In 2025, the LDDA Board created a five year action plan, based on the Master Plan of Development, to help guide strategies and priorities for the future. This action plan was adopted after extensive stakeholder and community engagement.
