From March of 2020 until just recently, the yoga world lost the ability to comfortably give and receive touch. Though things may never go back to the way they were, both teachers and students are beginning to express the need for that human connection. But where do we begin? Perhaps you have been teaching for many years, but could benefit from a refresher after a 3 year long hiatus? Or maybe you graduated from a 200 hour during the training, but you never got the opportunity to practice hands-on assists? Through kindness, compassion and gratitude, we will practice hands-on for basic poses. We will learn through both technique and intuition. This is an entry level, back to basics workshop to help you feel comfortable offering hands-on assists to your students.
Cost is $30
This class is worth 2 hours in Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Credits.
